Eileen Macdonald: Sleep Consultant

Eileen has trained as a sleep consultant with ‘The Sleep Nanny’, a highly successful support program for families struggling with various sleep problems. Her areas of expertise is providing support for families with twins and multiples.

As a mum to twin boys herself, Eileen was once struggling with sleep deprivation until she reached out to a Sleep Nanny Consultant. She was amazed with how quickly her boys were able to optimise their precious sleep with the correct approach and expert guidance.



Eileen then realised that with the appropriate input, sleep is completely achievable for every family.
