Indoor Play Centres, Glasgow

Indoor play and activity centres can be a lifesaver for parents no matter what the weather is like!

Kids are sure to burn lots of energy while you can supervise comfortably with a coffee – what’s not to love? Many of them also include birthday party packages.

Here are 11 indoor kids centres across the Glasgow area:

1. Monkey Madness Soft Play and Party Venue

With two play zones dedicated to different age groups, you don't have to worry about the safety of your child. The gated Mini Area is for babies and toddlers and the Main Area is a multi level maze filled with tunnels, climbs, drops, slides and ball pools ensuring endless energetic entertainment for children up to 12 years old.

There's also hot and cold meals, drinks and snacks at the cafe, and free Wi-Fi.

When: Monday - Friday 9.30am - 7pm, Saturday and Sunday 10am - 7pm.

2. City Kids Adventure Play

City Kids Adventure Play has big sliding rides, soft climbing walls, ball pool and cannons, a dedicated toddler area, and music singing and movement classes every Tuesday and Friday.

There's also a large cafe area, free Wi-Fi and fitness classes for parents every Wednesday and Friday. Let the kids play while you train – it's a win/win situation!

3. Wonder World Soft Play

Wonder World Soft Play has been designed to stimulate children’s imagination and encourage physical development in a safe and fun environment.

Facilities include; play frames, ball pools, trampolines, a go kart track, an astro turf football pitch, a daring drop slide and more. Additional facilities include a Starbucks café, Wonder World restaurant, and FREE WiFi.

4. Jurassic Jungle

Jurassic Jungle has state of the art play facilities, unique dinosaur themed environment, lots of comfortable seating, excellent quality tea and coffee and a healthy cafe that serves a range of tasty freshly prepared meals and snacks.

Dino Toddlers also runs every Tuesday and Thursday morning, where your little one ca build their confidence and social skills while taking part in fun activities.

5. Garscube Playrooms

As the “Place to Play” for any parent or carer with a child under five, Garscube Playrooms offer activities to suit babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers, in a great friendly atmosphere.

You can stay and play with your child at these playrooms; the range of activities on offer ensures that every child will find something they enjoy.

When: Monday - Friday 10am - 3.30pm

Price: £2.00 for one child plus £1.00 for each additional child

6. Jungle In The City

This is a place for children’s fun and adventure right in the heart of Partick, Glasgow. As well as the play frames and ball pits, they have a wide range of toys, books, costumes and games so the children never run out of things to do.

There's plenty of space for children to play and explore and ample seating areas for parents and others to relax.

When: 7 days 9:30am to 6pm.

Price: Under 12 months free, £2 per hour or £4 all day.

7. Ruff and Tumble

This centre has 2 separate areas: one for smaller children up to 3 and the larger area for the older children.

8. Whale Of A Time

With an indoor soft play activity centre for babies up to 11 years, kids can run, jump, slide, bounce, crawl and generally have a whale of a time here!

Their cafe offers a wide selection of food and drinks for both adults and children, including affordable meal deals.

9. Pandamonium Play Centre

The toddler area includes a mini soft play kit, soft shapes, ball pool, baby walkers and bouncers and various little tikes cars and ride ons. The main kit has a drop slide, football area, trampolines, mega multi lane slide, Go Karts and a bouncy castle.

Panda Cafe serves a delicious assortment of cakes, snacks and main meals

10. Lollipop Land, East Kilbride

Lollipop Land is a large open soft play area that all children can enjoy.

Not only does it have the highest slide in the UK at 6.2 metres, but it also has one of the few Volcano slides in Scotland!

11. iPlay Centre Clydebank

Based in Clydebank business park (within easy access from both Singer and Clydebank train stations), iPlay Centre is the soft play centre of dreams for babies and kids up to 12 years old.

The soft play itself is set up fantastically offering definitive sections for littles and bigs. For older children, there is an activity centre for more adventurous play: tunnels, slides and even a goal shoot out overlooking the iPlay Centre itself. For little ones, there is a separate, slightly smaller activity centre with a ball pit, soft build blocks and mini slides.
