Lamont Farm Project is a vibrant community and animal welfare project located in Erskine, Renfrewshire.
This was the first city farm in Scotland and it has been there since 1977. At Lamont Farm, you can meet a wide variety of animals, including ducks, small furries, horses, llamas, pigs, sheep, goats and some special reptiles.
Lamont try their best to rescue and rehome as many animals as they can, but if they cannot find a suitable forever home, the animals will continue to live on the farm. This means that they have an ever-growing family of new and different animals for you to meet!
The farm is unique and great place to host any function or your child’s birthday party. They can offer a unique venue and great party lead by their fantastic team, while the parents can relax.
There is also an attached set of well-tended allotments adjoined to the farm, which are exceptionally beautiful during the summer.
Lamont actively promote animal welfare and advise and educate visitors in animal care.
If your kids love dinosaurs, they'll love this Jurassic Experience featuring dinosaur arts and crafts, Barnie the T-Rex (a 'real' dinosaur standing 8 foot high and 12 foot in length), roaring competitions, feeding time and dinosaur games.
