Macsween Screen

Saturday 2nd of December
by Jemma Fletcher (follow)
A unique fun filled day, packed full of the Macsween family's favourite Scottish films.

Us Scots are great at making a celebration last all weekend, so this year, Macsween have partnered with CineMore 77 to celebrate St Andrew's Day with a unique pop up cinema on Saturday 2nd December.

This event will showcase the best of Scottish culture and bring together haggis lovers of all ages for a unique fun filled day, packed full of the Macsween family's favourite Scottish films.

Forget lacklustre cinema snacks - their food truck will offer tasty FREE haggis street food (included in price), as you settle in for a cosy cinema screening. They will also have Caledonia Ales along to hand out samples.

Macsween asked the whole family to share their favourite Scottish films and no two answers were the same. From Brave to From Scotland With Love, they have something for everyone!

However, they need YOUR help to choose the final film of the day. Head HERE to vote for your favourite from the list below and the most loved film will close the day:

Whisky Galore (1949) (U)
Gregory's Girl (12A)
Restless Natives (PG)
Local Hero (PG)

Don't forget to head down early for the Christmas Hypermarket - Curated by Trakke where you can pick up unique Christmas gifts from local artists, designers and makers.
