Introducing MJS Personal Training – Miriam is self-employed personal trainer based in Shawlands.

Miriam specialises as a certified pre/postnatal exercise coach and her vision is to help women of any age, size, and ability get into exercise.

Miriam offers 1-2-1 personal training services and also holds small group training services (maximum 6 people).

Her private training facility in Shawlands means you're likely to have the gym to yourself during training, which is ideal for any ladies who may feel intimidated training around large groups.

Group training runs in 6-week blocks, and sessions are expected to be held at 10am on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
