Enjoy an afternoon at Queen's Park!

Located on the south side of the city, offers something for every member of the family.

With beautiful nature walks, sport and recreational activities, wide views of Glasgow, and wildlife to get up close and personal with, it makes for a great afternoon.

Fun fact: The park was dedicated to the memory of Mary, Queen of Scots.

The park is very popular in the summer with colourful flowers and plenty of open space to kick a ball around. It's also great in times of snow as the steep hills are perfect to sledge on!

Finally, south side farmers markets are held here throughout the year, where local suppliers sell goodies like smoked Scottish salmon, heather honey and organic cheeses.
