Flip Out Glasgow are hosting drive-in movies for Halloween!
This October, one of the world’s biggest trampoline arenas will be transforming its car park to host Flip Flicks – a new drive-in cinema.
Flip Out Glasgow will be screening Halloween family favourites under the stars and is the only place for Glasgow parents and their little monsters to be this Halloween.
The Rutherglen Arena’s car park will turn into a spooktacular venue showing fun family classics, suitable for all ages, on Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 October 2018.
On Saturday 27, the early evening showing is Hotel Transylvania (6pm-8.30pm), and on Sunday 28 October, it will be the frightfully fun Goosebumps (5pm-7.30pm).
Film fans are advised to get there early to ensure a good spot and the whole family can get dressed up for the event to be in with a chance of winning a special prize for the best-dressed car.
Screenings cost £25 per car and there’s a special package of £45 per car, which includes four hot dogs, two large popcorns and two refreshments, as well as two free tickets to the Flip Out arena, which are redeemable Monday to Friday.
Glasgow has been head over heels for Flip Out since it opened 12 months ago. The 64,000 sq ft arena is home to a variety of trampoline-based activities, including the country's first ninja obstacle course as well as an under-sevens trampoline area, a trampoline football pitch, ultimate wipe-out, parkour space and a multi-level soft play area. The arena also has a café, a games area, featuring a virtual reality arcade and hosts a variety of fitness classes.
Flip Out is within easy reach of Glasgow – just off the M74 and a 10-minute drive from the city centre.
Following the huge success of the BAFTA award-winning BBC One TV series Blue Planet II, the wonders and mysteries of the planets oceans and wildlife are being brought to the UK arena stage during a 13-date tour.
